Fraude op Immoweb

Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long. The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 500EURO/month. As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Belgium, so we won't disturb you. You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture. Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Vermund Taraldsen and I'm a 58 years old graphic designer from London /United Kingdom, planning to retire in the next 2 years. I have a lovely wife,Sarah and a 25 year old daughter, Maria. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandfather :). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets. Net hetzelfde meegemaakt! Ik Blijkbaar zijn ze niet zo inventief en gebruiken ze gewoon een andere naam! GERD MULDER, die blijkbaar ook nog eens zijn engels moet bijschaven, wou me een apartement aan de hand doen voor 550 euro in de Keizer karelstraat 65 te Gent. Had bijna de betaling doorgevoerd, maar dan toch ff gecheckt bij TNT en die vonden het verdacht! Opgelet dus!

Enkele punten waarmee je deze oplichters kan herkennen/stoppen: - Men gebruikt heel vaak de identiteit van een bestaand iemand, op LinkedIN. - Het email adres is meestal een disposable (hotmail, yahoo, ...) - Er is blijkbaar altijd een vaatwasser gratis inclusief - De eigenaar is te druk en in Engeland - Pas na betaling mag je "de woning bekijken" - Men gebruikt Remax en andere diensten om "legitiem" over te komen. - Er is haast nooit een telefoonnummer megedeeld ; Alles moet via e-mail - De foto's matchen niet met de realistische prijs van zulke woning (dure materialen) - De header (in E-mail) geeft een IP weer uit de VS, Duitsland of andere landen behalve de UK - De communicatie stopt wanneer je er een derde bijhaalt van een financiele instantie (bank etc..) Extra tips vooraleer een betaling uit te voeren: - Zoek op Google maps op, bekijk het gebouw - Soms zijn er bordjes te vinden van een makelaar een verdieping hoger/lager ; bel deze op voor info - Passeer het adres, vooral 's avonds valt het op als er licht brand ofzo - Zoek via 1207 op wie er op dat adres woont ; kontakteer desnoods - Zoek de aanbieder op via LinkedIN, Facebook e.d. - informeer de echte persoon waar mogelijk tegen het verder misbruik van de identiteit - Waarschuw de site in kwestie met als basis "frauduleus misbruik" - Laat je opbellen, In de meeste gevallen hebben de fraudeurs geen Belgisch telefoonnummer! - Waarschuw de CCU (Computer Crime Unit) / Gerechtelijke politie * In alle gevallen, stort nooit geld over wanneer je niet zeker waar het gaat belanden! * Er zijn ook frauduleuze makelaars op diverse sites ; pas op vooraleer je geld in de hand geeft!

Dankjewel @jor om zijn naam bekend te maken! Ik was er namelijk ook mee aan het communiceren. En had hem googled omdat ik het niet helemaal vertrouwde,omwille van de extreem lage prijs. Bij mijn google actie enkele dagen geleden kwam dit er helaas nog niet op, maar toen vond ik het ook al raar dat een zakenman niet op linkedin terug te vinden is... Vandaar dat ik hem vandaag dan nog maar eens gegoogled heb. Het zoekertje is al enkele dagen verwijderd op immoweb, maar eigenlijk zou immoweb iedereen die hem gecontacteerd heeft (en waarschijnlijk nog met hem in communicatie zijn) moeten mailen om te zeggen dat dat zoekertje fake is. Ik vind zelf niet waar ik het kan melden. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 460EUR, with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to revive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 3 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called TNT which is similar to FedEx, DHL or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys. You will only have to deposit to TNT Service 2 months of rent - ( 460EUR + 460EUR = 920EUR ) - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.No deposit required.
