Dit waren de Oscars: alle winnaars op een rijtje

Afgelopen nacht zijn in Hollywood voor de 93ste maal de Oscars uitgereikt. De belangrijkste winnaar is ‘Nomadland’, van de Chinees-Amerikaanse regisseur Chloé Zhao. Zij won de Oscar voor beste regie en voor beste film.

Andere notabele winnaars: Anthony Hopkins (83), die de Oscar voor beste acteur won voor zijn rol als de dementerende Anthony in ‘The Father’, Frances McDormand won al voor de derde maal het beeldje voor beste actrice, dit keer voor haar rol in ‘Nomadland’ (eerder al voor haar rollen in ‘Fargo’ en ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’). De Netflix-hit ‘My Octopus Teacher’ won de prijs voor beste documentaire en de Disney-prent ‘Soul’ won de Oscar voor beste animatiefilm.

Belgisch goed nieuws: ‘Sounds of Metal’, van productiehuis Caviar, won twee beeldjes, voor beste geluid en beste montage.
